How SMS billing works: SMS usage is measured by message length. Each 70-character segment (Unicode) counts as one usage unit. Longer messages may be split into multiple billable segments or sent as MMS. All inbound and outbound SMS messages are billed at the rates shown above.

  1. Navigate to Persona Creation: Go to your dashboard and click "Add New Persona"

  • Be clear about video elements: For video generation, it help to specify speed, angle, tone, and actions.
  • For videos try images first: To get the most accurate results it can often be good start with an image and convert that to video. Try asking for an image first.

A system message defines your AI's personality, behavior, expertise, and conversation style. It's like writing a character description for your AI persona. Include details like:

After creating a persona, navigate to the Details page. You'll find a unique phone number assigned to your persona and a join key. Share this phone number with others to allow SMS communication. Make sure SMS is enabled in your persona settings and that you have available usage credits.

You can preview examples of each style when creating your persona. The art style applies to both profile picture generation and in-conversation image requests.

Push notifications alert you only when your personas send messages. You'll see browser notifications for messages sent by your personas.
Enable notifications in your browser when prompted during persona creation or in notification settings. You can manage notification settings in your browser preferences.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address. You'll receive a password reset link that allows you to create a new password.

Free Model Messages: Daily rate-limited messages using basic AI models. Available to all plans but limited in quantity per day.
Premium Messages: Unlimited access to advanced AI models with higher quality responses. Included in your monthly plan limits or available through purchased credits.

When you exceed your daily free messages, you must switch persona to premium messages (if available) or it will stop responding until usage resets.

When you reach your monthly usage limits, your personas will automatically switch to using purchased credits if available. If no purchased credits remain, the following happens:

AI Messages: Personas switch to free model messages (daily rate-limited) or stop responding until usage resets on the 1st of the next month.
Media Generation: Image and video generation stops until usage resets or additional credits are purchased.
SMS: Personas will stop sending SMS messaging. TTS: Personas voice will no longer generate audio.

You can monitor your usage on the Plans page and purchase additional credits anytime to avoid interruptions.

To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to your Plans page from the main navigation
2. Find your current subscription section
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Auto-Renew"
4. Confirm the cancellation

What happens after cancellation:
β€’ You'll keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period
β€’ Auto-renewal will be disabled
β€’ You can continue using any purchased credits

Yes! You can share your personas using join codes:

To share a persona:
1. Go to your persona's Details page
2. Find the "Join Key" section
3. Copy the join code and share it with others

For others to join:
1. They navigate to the Join Persona page
2. Enter your join code
3. They get a complete copy of your persona

Important notes:
