General Service

By using this website, you agree to the following terms:

  • You will use this service only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for any content you submit.

  • While we strive to protect your data with industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
  • We may update or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of this site.
  • We follow the law and protect harm against children. Safe guards for media generation are in place and any user attempting to test them is subject to immediate ban with no refund.
  • Bonus credits and referral bonuses are intended for genuine, individual use. Any bonus or referral bonus acquired through illegitimate means — including but not limited to duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or circumventing our fraud detection systems — is subject to reversal, and in some cases may result in a ban.
  • Referral Bonus Cap: Referrer bonuses (the credit you earn for referring someone) are capped at $10 per rolling 30-day period per account. Referrals beyond this cap in that period do not earn additional referrer bonus; the referred user's own signup bonus is unaffected by this cap.
  • Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.
  • These terms may be changed or amended at anytime without notice.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You own what you create using PersonaText:

  • Your Content, Your Ownership: You retain ownership of the messages, images, videos, and other content generated through your personas. We do not claim ownership over content you create.
  • Storage License: By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you as necessary to operate the service (e.g. your Gallery, chat history, and persona memory).
  • Publishing to Discover: If you choose to publish a persona or feature media to the public Discover page or Gallery Showcase, you grant other users a license to view that content on the site for as long as it stays published. Un-publishing or un-featuring it ends that license going forward.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring any content you generate or publish does not infringe on the rights of others and complies with the General Service terms above.
  • AI-Generated Content: Content is generated using third-party AI models. We make no guarantee of originality or uniqueness, and you are responsible for how you use generated content outside the service.

SMS Charges and Automatic Protection

When using our SMS services, the following terms apply:

  • Automatic Charge Protection: To prevent service interruption and protect against SMS abuse, we may automatically charge your payment method $1.00 when you have no credits remaining to cover the cost of incoming SMS.
  • Warning Notifications: You will receive SMS warnings when automatic charges are applied.
  • Payment Method Required: A payment method is required to use SMS to protect against SMS abuse.
  • Charge Disputes: If you believe an automatic charge was made in error, please contact support within 7 days for review.
  • Service Suspension: If you have no credits and no payment method on file, SMS services will be unavailable.

Refund Policy

At PersonaText, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Here's our refund policy:

  • Free Trials: No refunds for unused portions of free trials.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for unused services. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Account Deletion: Deleting your account cancels any active subscriptions. Refund requests for cancelled subscriptions are evaluated individually based on usage and circumstances.
  • Credit Purchases: Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing service use, please contact support immediately for resolution.
  • Automatic Charges: Automatic $1.00 charges for SMS protection are non-refundable unless made in error.

All refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
